By booking or participating on a day trip organized by Brno Day Trips (“Travel Agent- Lenka Zajačková Cerhová; 04598733)“ you (“you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
By booking a Trip you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.
Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when you receive a written confirmation sent via e-mail info@brnodaytrips.com. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You agree to provide full, complete and accurate information.
By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for notifying if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.
By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate.
Any special requirements must be disclosed to the Travel Agent at the time of booking. The Travel Agent will use reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements or requests but this is not always possible given the nature of the destinations visited and availability of options outside a planned itinerary. All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to the Travel Agent at the time of booking but the Travel Agent cannot guarantee that dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated.
The published price is a final price unless differently indicated at a specific trip. The published prices are in EUR currency.
The Client may decide to pay for the tour on the basis of the invoice issued in both EUR and in CZK currencies based on the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank referred to the day when The booking Contract was confirmed (the day when you receive confirmation sent via e-mail) OR in cash to a guide on a day when a trip is organized.
The Travel Agent is not responsible for any charges levied by third parties or financial institutions and payable by you as a result of payment transactions and will not refund or return any fees charged by third parties or financial institutions in connection with payments made by you to the Travel Agent.
The Travel Agent reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, fuel costs, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as trip transport and increases in admission fees to attractions listed on a day trip.
If the Client withdraws from this Contract then the Client shall pay the cancellation fee in the amount of:
If the Travel Agent withdraws from the Contract the Travel Agent agrees to pay to the Client the full prepayment price of the trip within 15 days from the date of withdrawal from the Contract, or to offer to the Client for the same price an adequate alternative trip which is similar to the cancelled trip.
Travel Agent may withdraw from this Contract on the following grounds:
YOU MUST HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE which covers personal injury and emergency medical expenses. You acknowledge that insurance coverage is not included in the cost of any Trip offered by the Travel Agent and you are required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient coverage and comply with the terms of the applicable insurance plans. You are responsible for advising your insurer of the type of travel, destination(s) and activities included in your booking so that the insurer may provide appropriate coverage.
The Travel Agent is not liable for any bodily injury or harm , accidents caused by the third party, property damage or personal loss as a result of, but not limited to: physical exertion for which the participant was not prepared; travel by plane, train car, bus, boat or other mode of transportation (such as bicycle, horse, foot, kayak, etc.); consumption of alcoholic beverages; high altitude; forces of nature, such as high winds, hurricanes, flooding, etc.; heat exhaustion, equipment failure; civil unrest or terrorism; or the availability of medical services in remote areas and the quality thereof.
