Whether you prefer the fusion treats at William Thomas Artisan Bakery, the Greek specialties at Mama Stella, the traditional sourdough of Řemeslná pekárna Klásek, or the refined simplicity of Chleba Brno, each offers a unique taste of Brno’s baking mastery.
If you have extra time in the morning these three bistros, Eggo BreakFeast Bistro, Večerka Brno, and Bistro Franz, are great breakfast venues for your breakfast or brunch to guarantee your morning in Brno starts on a great note.

It was inspired by the desire to meet friends while eating and taste different dishes from different places at one common table. Under the vertical garden you can enjoy morning coffee with a bun from Buchta C (cafe&cake) and lunch or dinner from Domovina (Vietnamese cuisine), or from PAPRIKA Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar.

Atelier cocktail bar & bistro is my number one restaurant I always recommend to my clients when they ask me where they should go for a dinner. The founder of “Sorry, pečeme jinak,” Šárka Divácká, is a self-taught baker who started baking while recovering from an illness. Her desserts are known for their uniqueness and quality. One of the standout creations from this patisserie is a chocolate cake known as “dortík bestie,” which is particularly renowned for its richness and moist texture, achieved by baking in a water bath and using flourless chocolate.
